Hi Everyone,

I am Maneesh Konkar, ​ Founder - Direction One Consulting. Am an MBA from IIM Bangalore. Started my career with ITC. 

I run Direction One Consulting (from 1999), a global training, custom elearning content development company & digital marketing training agency that has been training leaders, middle level managers & young working professionals in B2C & FMCG Channel Sales, digital marketing, Leadership & B2B Negotiation skills for over 20 years now.

We use real life scenarios, develop interactive elearning content & design otj exercises into the elearning modules itself. We use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, playground) Articulate Storyline &  Rise 360 softwares along with awesome editing skills on Adobe After Effects & Premier Pro to create content for all learning management systems. 

We also have readymade courses in our elearning course library on digital marketing, POSH, career conversations, sales and marketing.

Am a great fan of Robert Kaplan's Balanced Scorecard & Marcus Buckingham's Strengths Finder approach towards business and people management. Strong believer in the concept that "no one joins an organization to deliberately do a bad job" So the root cause of poor individual performance is a combination of individual competence & motivation and mostly through process excellence, organizational vision, strategy & climate.
